|-Bethany is currently lacking the proper diet that she needs. She is very scrawny and is mentally unstable because of the small amounts of food that she has consumed. Beth cannot currently hunt on her own, therefore she is basically starving in silence, afraid to speak up. With the lack of food, this causes her to be weak as well, unable to fight back from those who dares to challenge her.-|
Bethany's Past:
|-When Bethany was born, her mother, Livan, struggled to keep her alive. Beth's mother was never mentally stable, she was born with a strange sickness that was very unfortunate. No one really knew what Livan had, but it cause her to space out no matter where she was. Thankfully, Bethany didn't get this terrible sickness. The cub took after her strong and brave father, Kisane. Kis did his beast to keep Bethany alive on his own because the other mothers in the pride didn't bother to help. They claimed that Bethany was a useless cause and that she would never live after being born from the sick mother. Kis didn't give up on Beth. She was the only thing he had, and he was the only thing she had. The leader of their pride claimed that the pride was cursed because of Beth being born when she was only a few months. He did this because a dark hunger fell over the pride, many starved and died. Kis tried telling him that he was just over exaggerating and that the leader just needed someone to blame the death of his pride on someone so he chose to blame it on a harmless cub. Kis was forced out of the pride with his mate and cub. Beth would always look to him for help, no mater what. Until one day she was out exploring and a vulture began to circle over head. Beth had no choice but to run from the deadly creature because she had no protection of her father. Beth was foolish leaving her father and mother like so. The cub would scream for her father every night, only exploring farther and farther from her parents. She then grew skinny and unhealthy. A few months later, after running from rogue lions and hyenas, she heard a call. Beth wasn't sure what to think, but it sounded like it could be her mother. The teen drew closer to a large rock structure where the call was coming from, only to see a tail flick into the den. Beth decided to call back, following the chuff. It was Witiri's pride queen, Chione. Chi had been calling for her pride to return after they found a safe place to stay, and Beth managed to hear. This saved Beth's life. If she was left out there much longer she could've starved and died.. And that brings her to the present pride life she lives now. She is shy, yet outgoing once you get to know her. Strangers planning to get to know Beth must be patient. Beth can be skittish around strangers sometimes. But, depending on size and looks, she might be outgoing the first try.~-|
